Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are not necessary. Anyone can use this service for 30 minutes and up, with no membership needed.

Do I need to register on my first visit?
You don’t need to register, just pay for the time you use the service.

Can Junior High school students use imaplus?
Yes. It can also be used as a child’s self study room.

What should I do if I want to use imaplus from 6am?
In order to use it at this time, you must register as a monthly member.

Is there a parking lot?
There is space for five cars beside this tenant.

Can I eat or drink in the work space?
Yes, you can. However, please use the community space beside it for strong smelling foods.

How do I pay when I become a monthly member?
The first month can be paid in cash, and from the second month onward it will be withdrawn from your bank account. For child members, it can be withdrawn from their parents’ bank account.

What hours will staff be present?
A staff member will be present from 9am-9pm on weekdays, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays. In order to enter at other times, a monthly membership is needed.

Can I borrow stationary?
We can lend you stationary. Ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, erasers and mechanical pencil lead are already on each table. Other office supplies, including scissors and staplers, are available in the work space.
